Well... it's not worth 5 mil for sure. I NPC these all the time. I wouldn't pay much more than the NPC price of 200K for it. These are common drops at Skeles mini-dungeon.

Personally, I'd say they are best turned into Monster Crystals for making your own Blue Neos (An Adv. Str Crystal is like a 30% and 60% Str scroll and it takes up no slots... 11Str might have some value). A few 100k at best, but as I said, turn it into monster crystals. You'll probably get more selling those anyway.

You should disassemble it with the maker skill, so you'd get some monster crystals.
