Maplestory glitch from Optimum

People who have Optimum for internet has a glitch that cant change chanales to some, cant go in tradeshop, and cant go to cashshop. I think if evryone who has this glitch should send alot of tickets to nexon so they can at higher the chances of nexon reading them then they can finaly fix it. pleas send in a ticket so this glitch can finaly be over with i had it for maby 2 weeks now. thank you for helping

What's the glitch? I have Optimum and have problems changing channels... especially 5, 9, and 13. No issues with MTS or CS though.

Everything worked fine with optimum but it was after the last patch that screwed some of us over.

It's a problem with the routing ports. GL getting that fixed anytime soon.
