You aren't going to train like a NW should be because you maxed SP before getting PB to 28. Train at newties.

With 9 PB, train at typhons Just lure most of the map with pb and go towards the center (the "L" shaped sniping spot) and start vamping If you dislike PB training, the only other alternative is sniping newties or stormbreakers
