Log a ticket! As you can see, it took a mere 18 days for Nexon to finally respond to it.

Same happened here ! I just got an answer saying i'd get compensation in the next 24 hours :] Edit : Funny enough, i logged my ticket 2 days later than yours, yet got my answer 4 minutes before you xD
