Does the nx survey works in Toronto, Canada?

everytime i tired to click the Get "Free" Nx button it lends me to an error page that said This transaction has been determined as high risk. Please, check your ip address.(50100) is ther some way to fix this? EDIT: i've tried refeshing the page over 100+ times and it still doesn't work

Works for me, I just refresh the page if that pops up.

When it does that I have refreshed the page 20 + times and it still hasn't worked. I live in Niagara Falls, Canada if that matters.
