The use of MAX Corkscrew Blow

Hi, I started a Thunder breaker 2 days ago to give my main some BoF (no arans on EMS to give BoF). I am currently lvl 38 so i got max HP increase, 14 mastery and 1 Corkscrew Blow. Now i was reading the guide and i told me to max Corkscrew Blow and leave booster at 11. But since Corkscrew Blow has to be charged up to do damage and is more likely used to create mobs I was wondering if it isn't more usefull to max booster instead and leave Corkscrew Blow at lvl 11? Or does a higher level of Corkscrew Blow requires less time to charge up and will it therefor be usefull as a damage dealing attack? thanks

No, from my personal experience - the higher CSB is, the faster it will charge is false. Also, I was always thinking the same thing on my TB (the concept of why max out CSB?). Well, it's quite handy in a lot of ways. More power, plus booster isn't really necessary past the skill level of 11. It should be just plain out on 11. CSB is only basically used to mob.

u will max ur booster later at 3rd job o.o (just max all and leave booster at 11 till u r lv 100 then u max it)

Max CSB is quite useful in CPQ, Its your highest damaging attack. I have a 114 TB, and i maxed booster in 3rd job due to the fact that shockwave is COMPLETELY useless, and you can max it between 100 and 110, then you will have enough for Speed Infusion Do NOT max mastery, only get it to 19, And 12 in booster.

Max Corkscrew means you have to charge less with a higher level for the same amount of damage at a lower level, which is essentially the same as charging faster?

not neccessarily moves like blast>shockwave due to cast time some times its greater but mostly as a tb or brawler speedier>pure dmg

Like, if I tap-CSB at max level, it does more damage than holding CSB to full at Lv1. That's basically the same thing as a quicker charge, isn't it? Trying to deal as much damage as possible over a shorter period of time = quicker charge.

Just because you're doing more damage does not, even theoretically, mean you're charging faster.

I may be wrong, but my marauder with maxed csb can hit farther than my tb with level 4 csb.
