Crocell hat quest.

Hi guys, I have been struggling with the Crocell hat quest and I was wondering if Basil could help me out. So when you accept Chief Stan's quest, you need to collect an Old Key and Old worn-out Paper. Do you need to hunt the monsters for them or do you click in a certain place? Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure but I think you were supposed to go to the entrance to Nautilus and click one of the brown bird racks outside?
