Upgrading my claw

Hey. I was just wondering. Is upgrading my 55 attack dawn raven claw to a ~65 attack red craven or dragon sleeve worth it? Or should I just save my mesos and pump it all into making my reverse (I have enough dex for one). And just curious, anyone know a p/c for a 65 attack red craven or dragon sleeve? Windia prices would be nice. Thanks in advance.

You should use a reverse or sleeve if you have the dex. 65 Cravens/Sleeves are around 250m.

I see. On a side note, is it more cost efficient to upgrade my ilibes to c. ilbies myself? Or exchange them for pre-made c. ilbies? I know it's all about how lucky you get, but on average, are the forging items more expensive than the c. ilbies themselves? I did a some research and it seems that making it and buying it is about the same. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
