On the status thingy, when it says viewed, what does it mean >.> will I get the nx...

"Viewing" means that they are still determining weather or not you have completed the survey or offer. In small fine prints in the survey or offer description, it will say how long it will take. It will take either 15 minutes, 30 minutes, less then an hour, 24 hours, 48 hours or 14 days. They may vary but those are the most commonly used time frames.

Q: What does it mean that my survey or offer is in "Viewed" A: "Viewed" means that they have determined that you have not complete the survey or offer or that you have not completed it properly. Either try again and just don't do the survey or offer listed.
