I want to make a Sin; Some Advice Please?

I was thinking of making an Assassin or a Night Walker But seeing that they are so popular their equips are rather pricey for a decent item I've never made a Sin or NW before so I wanted to know if anyone could give me advice I only have 70m funding (cause I'm noob ~_~) What kind of stars should I buy? Should i be low dex or regular dex or maybe even dexless? Is a regular sin better or a nw or are they both pretty decent? The server I'm going to be playing in is Broa Any advice would help thanks

Build is completely up to you, I personally would pick dexless. Now between choosing NW or Sin all depends on if you plan on making him to 120 and past that. If so, a sin, if not a NW. NWs have 70 more ap in total at level 70 and much better skills throughout till a sin turns NL. Your stars with your funding should be tobi's depending on your equipment they could also be a steelies.
