How to be a low dex

Hey guys, My friend wanted to know how she can be a low dex NL when she hits lvl 120. Her base luk is 25 and all of her points went to luk. She has luk equips and she is tired of her skanda so she wants to be a low dex. Pretty much she wants to use the lvl 120 claws b/c of higher attacks and stuff. How can she do that? Does she need to put points in dex from now on or should she sell her luk stuff for dex? Thank you

Generally, LowDEX NLs will aim to wear a Craven/Sleve/Lampion. They will wear ZHelms/Scarlions/Targers scrolled for DEX. They will wear Tops scrolled for LUK and Bots scrolled for DEX. They will wear Capes, Gloves, Pendents, Belts and Shoes scrolled for attack. They will wear Face Accessories and Earrings scrolled for DEX. However, they should choose a 10 DEX/5 LUK Earring over a 12 DEX Earring if given a choice. This should give you a general idea of what to buy and sell.

Oh I see. What lvl is the top and bottom? Because that would mean she needs to put points into DEX doesn't it? thanks

I personally would wear level 70/80 Studded/Pirate. Yes she would have to add DEX. A Top and Bot that adds 25 DEX and 25 LUK is better than a Sauna that adds 40 DEX. Adding to base DEX is not necessarily a bad thing if you are going LowDEX.
