First thing I'm going to say is I'M STAYING 2H. Ok, so I cannot decide which sword I will like to have once i hit high level Sader. The only reason I don't want a Reverse sword is because once you equip it its yours forever, so if you can't afford a good one but still want to get one, it wouldn't be smart to get one. Should I just get a Claymore? Since I do not want to get a seriously godly sword but I might later on.

If you're self scrolling, Nibleheim's naturally the better choice just because it gives you the nifty extra stats from level ups. The only concern is probably making it. If getting the meso necessary is gonna be difficult, go claymore. You'll probably train at ToT some point, and can get some pieces of time then.

not sure what lv you are, but i would say that you should keep your latest weapon until you can scroll a nibelheim. if it means buying a claymore first, then just do it, and make sure you sell it for as much as you got it for when you bought it when you're ready to move on. you seem intent on getting a better sword later game anyways, so theres no rush for getting a better weapon until you start bossing since when you're training, you'll eventually reach a 2-3 hit kill level at skelles and it really doesn't get a lot better than that, even if you get a better weapon (maybe a bit, but not a lot).

after you hit 120, there's zero reason to have a dragon claymore. not only is it more expensive to make, but it's natural w.atk is lower.

You will be training at ToT alot so maybe get a reasonably good Claymore untill you find 45 PoT and create your own Nibleheim?

Id say claymore cause 1. even if the scrolling messes up with it, its a lot easier to make and sell 2. nibelhiem's lvling can make it a good AND a bad thing. itd be awesome for it to come out with gettin 2 atk each lvl and its skill bonus, but in reality that is pretty unlikely. and since u really have no idea how it comes out completed until you wear it till it maxes its lvl 3. i just like the way claymores look more than nibelheims

Well, I didn't remember maker skill so if its not a huge difference when it comes to making it in price I'd make the nibelheim.

Just get a Stone Tooth, unless you always train with a Bucc. The speed advantage will let you easily overcome even a Nibleheim's dpm. If you dont have the resouces for 120 dex, then you can try the Night Raven Wing instead, but you're still best off with a ST.

You'd pretty much have to be dexless to not effectively use the ST. It will vary based on the user, but for most the ST is the better sword. |
