IMO marksman or pally. Keep in mind scarlion is weak to fire, and a pally's blast is faster than most people think it is. Each hit has the potential to hit damage cap when used by a godly pally on apple and there are fast/strong swords too.

NLs wont get the job done... gotta be either corsairs/marksman/paladins for sure buccaneers can solo it without getting hit... but takes hours :P

That being said, Corsairs are almost the best raw DPM when playing solo. However, Arans should get elemental advantage, PLUS survivability. Though really, Paladins probably aren't too far behind. We all know Arans are nice DPM, but that's usually with SE thrown in, and they have higher crit rate than NLs. Obviously, no SE when they're solo, so Hero, DrK and Paladin would probably all be equally good choices. Paladins might be just a bit above the other warriors in terms of DPM because of their fire elemental advantage. Even still, Corsairs might actually be the best DPM on the boss, using their battleship cannon.
