Not good art?

I'm really curious how some good artwork don't get front page? I saw a few that are really good and should been posted it up,sometimes we artist want to post it up for criticism( to see if we have any mistake and need to improve of ).Could it be Mr.Basil only picks what he likes or too many artwork just being posted most than others?Sorry to ask so many question but I feel like its sort of a 'rubbed in a face' to see others being posted while being left out.I know I'm one of them how about the others?I suggesting a art section.Let me hear what's your opinions =) (note : sorry if my grammar is bad =( I'm still learning ) Discuss =)

If you want to submit art for critique there's sites like dA for that. I think he made a huge thread about this previously. He accepts "fun" screenshots and artworks, that clearly relate to maple. I forget whats front-page worthy though. If you have suggestions, please take them to this thread. Art section would be fantastic :T

MrBasil uses his own judgment/criteria for what he believes to be front page material. There is a general basis which he uses to determine what qualifies and what doesn't. There is almost always a reason why he does what he does. The screens section is basically an art section. You can use the Chat section as an art section if you want. You can post practically about anything you want in that section. Just post your art for critique there.

That would be nice. It sometimes frustrates me to see half-butt (you know the real word) art work front paged. Things that say, "I was bored", I don't really mind if it's actually good , but it mostly isn't IMO. I'm not really saying that I should be front paged (though that would make me happy :D) but some people really do deserve to be front paged.
