Training spots for 94 Hermit

I've been sniping Newties for around 14 levels and it's starting to get slow. I read some guides and tried Nightshadows, but they aren't any good for me either. I think Himes would be good for me but I seem to punch constantly so any tips for me there would be great. I have max SP and max Avenger, thanks to anyone who replies.

hi~sorry not to be answering your question, but I was wondering when you started going to newties. I'm at WR's right now, still 74...I intend to stay there till about 80ish but don't know exactly when to move out of there

I am level 95, and I am starting to train on himes. Its pretty fast, but it is a pot waster. If you have the money to burn I recommend it... ATM I have max FJ, max SP, and 22 Avenger.

@backalley, would you say that if you had maxed avenger before fj, himes would have been faster/easier?

Himes are the best at your lv, hope you have a decent FJ, it's really useful.

himes are at teh same map that crow spawns in. The reason you can't find himes in hidden-street/basil is cuz the monster name is "dreamy ghost"

For himes, it's best to have control of the map so stray himes do not harass you while you are avengering the agroed ones to death. Definitely get FJ if you haven't already as hopping over mobs will serve you well, and at least 5 - 10 points into alchemist so that you're able to heal all the touch damage dealt by a hime with 1 barbarian elixir. If I recall correctly, I was able to get ~20-22%/hr in my late 9x/early 10x on 1x EXP, and this was before the EXP curve. The latter half of that period though I started to use Drain a lot more, which reduced my HP potion consumption from 600 barbs/hr to 50 - 150 barbs/hr.

Night shadows were fast when on my NL. I think they give like 3600 exp ? ( not too sure ) and they have pretty good spawn.

i never really sniped newties...maybe for like 1 lvl, i found it pretty boring so i went to Nightshadows. from lvl 109-110 i got around 20% from 1 30min hunter's luck 2x. Nightshadows do give 3600 exp cuz on 2x they give 7200. whenever i can get a priest to go with me i hime. i usually train alone though so i found Nightshadows to be a good spot.
