Why do people play sins?

Whats the point in playing sins? Their over powered lvled too easly all thats going to happen is you going to do is end up quitting cause the game is too boring, thats how all of my lvl 190 nl friends end up doing T_T ppl need to get a job that keeps you busy

Not everyone plays a sin because of the damage, a sin is not just power. Its speed, movement, range, bossing and yes also damage.

NLs are one of the slower, if not the slowest, grinders in 4th. That's one of the reasons why we become bossing hoars (Zak arms, BF, Anego, Crow. not many jobs can go against all of them solo for decent exp). xD Sairs are easy to grind and to me, they're super boring. If you want a class that's just about power, Corsairs. I like more out of the box stuff NLs offer. xD Irony- On your Players list, you quit a character because they changed the exp formula. Couldn't leech up enough exp? xD

You seem to be a very biased person. Four jobs (originally) were made for a reason: People like different things. Maybe that's why my next highest-leveled character is level 36? I'm pretty sure that your Corsair will level faster than us, if you really wanna level slow... which I don't know why anyone would.

I dont get, why is it always a Outlaw, YES OUTLAW not even a corsair yet, that always tries to look down into the Night Lords. Get yourself into 4th job and then we can discuss. What is fun about corsairs? using a ship? while mounting your ship you get 0% speed, which is god darned slow, you cant pot, and you will only be using that cannon attack or rapid fire as your main skills. NLs only have 1 skill. LIES we got avenger, ninja storm and ambush. Do your homework before bashing a class out. We got also mobility, Haste? Flash jump? You can take a look into the others 4th job class. Hero? Brandish + Rush + Brandish Bowman? SE Mule + Hurricane + Hurricane Mages Ultimate + Ultimate Nl Can First Avenger to venom the mob, or ninja storm to stun and push them, taunt if you wish, We can dance with the Mobs with FJ + Haste combo ; and TT We can use what? 4 skills to kill a whole mob. All classes uses the same skill over and over Fast Grinder? LOL are you insane? NLs are the like the SLOWEST lvling class at 4th job. All the other classes have some nice mobing skill that can kill up to 5mobs constantly, in the other hand NLs only have Avenger which is only used to venom the whole mobs, and also to mob. It cant be considered a main skill to attack. Seriously this 3rd jobers bashing on 4th jobs, are so annoying.

Well, the only thing I can see why people would say sins only use the same skill is because they mainly just stick with L7 or TT throughout their life. Avenger comes in, but their main attack are still the other two. Other classes usually change maybe 1 or 2 attacks every job or every other job advancement, but in general, everyone is still spamming the same skills over and over. Also not only that people who plan on playing and making 4th job as a NL can't be considered 'damage hoars' for the reason that they are one of the lowest DPS without an SE mule. If you want to see a player who is devoted to playing maple and is a damage hoar look at Corsairs and BMs. They are the real damage hoars just willing to wait out the tough levels to get there. The reason I like playing my sin/hermit is because I like having haste and flash jump. Not only those skills, but being able to jump and shoot never bores me and while my damage will be somewhat higher than other classes with the same funding as myself, I know what will happen during 4th job and I am okay with it. The reason why you probably made this thread is because you are just trying to sterotype all sins as damage hoar when in real, if a sin becomes a NL and he knows he will, hes not the damage hoar, the corsairs and BM are.

I don't see why your being arrogant, when you yourself haven't even reached 4th job. If you really dislike sins that much, then get out of the assassin section. Honestly I doubt more than half of the people who read your post cares that YOU think that assassins are boring. We make a character because we find them fun. At least we don't sit on a ship and hope we dont get hit while I hold down one button. This is our story. Go play yours under your bridge.

yay i can voice my opinion 1. i played/started my sin cause of a chick - who i am no longer friends with - 2. even tho cause of above i still play on the account why ? cause its fun ! i like walking around in hene. and hearing people go "haste plz" haha makes me laugh 3. honestly who doesnt to be a ninja ? and throw stars at people [watch G.I. Joe prime example] 4. im only a level 65 and i have been playing almost a year [did i mention i play every day] slow leveling i think so 5. over powered maybe but who doesnt like power ? if you dont i suggest you take the wooden club i got from being a level one and using that as your main weapon i dont mean this in any harsh way what so ever its just my reasons why i kept going on [except 5 that was an opinon] oh im curious how many 190 NL friends do you have ?
