Questions About Typhons + Equip Upgrades

My current damage range is 858~1504, using the crap equips I scrounged as fast as I could from the FM in order to start playing. Equips: 15/15/15/15/152/149/20/20 zhelm 1/1/1/1 150 hp/mp medal 2 dex 3 str 9 slots untradeable branch nose 90 att self-scrolled golden hinkel 2 str 15 dex black linnex (100%ed) 10 att WG Average dep star clean earrings lillin's ring 2 1 str 2 dex elf shoes (getting 16 speed GSS soon from friend) 10 dex icarus (2) I have 120m + ~90m coming in from auctions; what should I upgrade? EDIT: Also, my friend is going to pay me the $50 he owes me in NX (because of convenience). What should I do with this? I'm currently at Lower Ascent trying to kill stormbreakers for the badges to get the Mark of Heroism. Are typhon feathers tradeable? Can I buy 4 to finish the second quest? When should I go to Typhons, and can anyone link a guide to training there? I was planning to go at lvl 80, but I want to know basil's input.

I started when I maxed out Arrow Rain which was at around level 83 but if you are bored of Windraider and have a decent amount of points on arrow rain then go to Wolfspiders. Typhon feathers are not tradeable but you can ask people who are training there to spare you a couple. If you truly cannot find a person kind enough to spare you some, then just kill it yourself. If you are going to train at Typhon at level 80 keep in mind that there is a Level difference that lowers your damage. Goodluck on your quest and training. Honestly i had a wind archer (alot crappy equips then you) and i killed pretty fast all you need is a high level arrow rain and how not to fall off

Your equips are pretty average except for your bow.I'd go there with 21 AR since the range is maxed.Also typhon feathers are untradeable.Just kill for it since your going to be training there anyways.

I think your best option here is to upgrade your shoes or earrings with that money. With the NX, I guess if you like the higher HP you can try HP wash :p As for typhon feathers, they are NOT tradeable. When you do get to train over there, you will probably want to use a low level mobbing skill, such as inferno (assuming yours is at level 1), to gather all the typhons. (Do not use any stun skills because they will all float to the bottom ) There is usually 1 "safe" platform where archers like to stand after they bring down their mob, and it is the 1st platform you reach after climbing the 1st rope. So what you do is climb up the ropes in the map, a little inferno here and a little arrow rain there to gather all the monsters, then skillfully jump down onto the "safe platform". Stand facing left in the platform I mentioned, puppet and arrow rain away! Hopefully that helped.
