Face it, when we all played maple, we were like ZOMG i wanna play GET ME In So We all know inside of us, No one read the ToS, We all just scrolled down and clicked ok. When seeing a Hacker on basil, people Say they didnt read ToS, its a Bannable offence. Conclusion: No one reads the ToS So dont say ToS is Bannable, Read it next time, because truth is you probabably didnt read it either :P

You shouldn't HAVE to read the ToS to know that hacking is a bannable offense. O.o

Actually we use it as a reference. Since you can still view it on the maple global website we can simply go there and skip down to illegal programs and hacking. Maybe not ALL of us read it but we read parts of it that we need to.

There was a company once a few years ago that included something in their ToS ( actually it was the UELA ). There was a paragraph saying that whoever read the EULA should email them to be entered for a draw. Someone actually won ALOT of money from this. Cant remember how much it was but I think it was nearly 100k (in real $$). Their whole point was to show how many ppl actually dont read things like ToS's / EULA's. So it really does pay (pun intended) to read these agreements, eh ? OT> There are several places where Nexon states that its against the ToS to hack. They use artful legal jargon, but the point is made & anyone who has actually read it would know that. ( besides its common sense ).
