I got suspended from school,

For making a facebook group about a teacher. now i have nothing. phone internet car etc.. and I just feel horrible it was called "so and so" sounds like the gay guy from family guy. My parents took my home laptop. we get laptops for school but they dont know i use it. but i know there gonna find out But you guys can think whatever you want. Ill tell the story i guess.. Story: Ok, last Friday during P.E, My friend Wayne and I were talking about the french teacher at our school. Then all of a sudden, he tells me "haha yea he sounds like the gay guy from family guy." and I just couldn't stop laughing. So I was on facebook and a random status update about my friend Wayne popped up and I couldn't help but remember what he said. So foolishly, i made a facebook page about what he said about our french teacher. I sent a lot of invites to people everyone joined it. The teacher also has facebook and he has a lot of students from our school on his facebook. So they joined it and i guess he somehow saw it. So he talked to the disciplinarian at my school and the disciplinarian sent in everyone who joined the group and threatened to suspend them if they didn't confess who made the group. Then all the fingers pointed at me so I got suspended. Oh yea... and everyone who joined the group got detentions since i confessed. sorry if it dosent make too much sense...

too embarrassed to say the name. but yea i got owned big time. the only thing that makes me feel better is my 3.5 gpa ._.

Isn't it a violation of the student's rights to free speech if they control what students post on facebook? (as long as it isn't against the law like a murder threat)

From personal experience however, you are allowed as long as it isn't against the law.
