IP Banned for logging in too much. "Suspicous activity"

So I have about 30 maple story accounts and today I decided to check them and make a list of all my characters including mules. So I went to nexon.net and started logging into them one by one to check the characters. I don't know how many I went through before I got "your ip has been blocked for suspicious activity" Nexon's message said "if you think this is an error fill out this form" the only thing is that they said it will take 2-7 days to respond and i'm very impatient. is there anything that can be done about this? or does anyone know if nexon is actually going to respond to my message (because i've heard a ton of complaining about how terrible nexon's customer service is) so any help/info is greatly appreciated. They will respond, but it is going to take a while. I did the same thing and it took them 8 days to get to me and then they did it again and it has been 7 this time. It is a big problem with them right now. And I think you can only log onto 3-5 a day. It sucks cuz I have prolly thesame amount as you and I am going to do 2 a day and get rid of all the ones I do not need! Good luck to you as well! <3

I got IP banned, and got unbanned after 2 weeks i sent m ticket.

You aren't allowed by the ToS to own more than one account, therefore you broke the ToS by multi logging. I know it sucks, but you were autobanned, which means it'll take a while for them to respond.

Good luck with that. I was IP blocked on Feb 24th and still no response/can't login. Change your IP address or wait it out. If you do change it, you will likely get blocked again if you log into that many accounts again. Up to you what you want to deal with. @Above ~ Nowhere in the ToS/ToU does it say you cannot have more than one account.

Unplug your modem and leave it unplugged overnight. It should change the ip. I got tired of waiting and remembered that it changes my ip and I could play now.

Two weeks? Still not able to play? Geez, I'm only on my third or fourth day of being IP blocked from Nexon.

[/quote] i read it many times and i never saw that all i saw was that you cannot have more than one account in game at the same time as in you meeting or leeching yourself
