On average, at level 200, how many times can a bowmaster hp wash?

Uhh, that is completely dependent on how much +int you level-up with. Different from person to person.

On average, if you're using normal equips when lvling up, a lvl200 bowmaster would be at least able to do 16+ washes... considering you lvl'ed up with a zhelm and proably a few items giving enough int to get 2 extra MP per lvl... But there's no statistics or proofs of what I said anyway... and considering that someone would get to lvl200, he'd probably lvl up with int equips way before 200 and wash before 200...

I hope you mean 160+ there instead of 16+. I did 18 washes with only a zhelm, dep star and some other random +1/2 ints as int equips from lv ~70-110

Bowmen lose 12MP per washes... Makes a huge difference, and I calculated it like if it wasn't planned to wash, since he asked on average how many times he could wash by 200... but considering some people (like me) lvl with int equips, you can wash much more than that...
