Captain Latanica. Can I Defeat Him?

I have been thinking about trying to take on Capt. Latanica. I am using 103/14 belzet and have a 910~2201 range. I have an accuracy of 175 and 1 in fire charge, maxed slash blast ,power strike,mastery,booster,0 FA,30 PG, and 4477 Hp. Think I can do it?

You'd burn a crapload of pots, first off. Before anyone says he doesn't have the accuracy, he can 100% Latancia. I believe you'll burn a crapload of pots, I mean, you've got 4.4K HP and he does probably 3K+ magic, so you better hug him with PG and pot fast. Good luck if you try it.
