Lillin ring quest glitched

Can someone please help me. I got to lv 50 and went to go get the second lillin ring, but i forgot to take off the first one. now when i transfer my ring onto another acc so i can get the second ring it wont let me reiceve it. can some on please help me D:

You don't get a new ring. The old one is upgraded. Period.

i didnt know lilins ring quest event was still on? anyways your wording is strange, but from what i see you cant transfer rings to different accounts, only characters on the same account via storage, and also anyone who makes an aran striclty to use the ring, shame on you. lol
