How do you get a particularly disturbing image out?

Okay, as the title says, I'm stuck with a disturbing image, Silent Hill to be exact. My cousin was playing it and now I'm genuinely disturbed and scared. The crucified corpses... Ugh, its just so creepy. Now I can't go into the bathroom without freaking out and being a bit jittery. Can anything get the image out? D:
