Can my mom spy on me using our internet company?

like on a wii. 'cause one time i was watching murder princess on youtube. and she ran into my room and grounded me from my laptop because our internet company emailed her and told her. i think she may have just done that as an excuse for her to steal my laptop. but like. long story short... i want to look up well yknow... on my wii using our internet. 'cause i usally connect to my neighbors internet but it's not connecting anymore. but, my bro even looks up "Stuff" on my moms laptop and doesnt get caught. and please don't come here to flame or troll. i'm asking for help here... 'cause if my parents found out i was looking up well.. muscular men doing "Stuff" i'd get kicked out of my house or put into one of those camps where they brainwash gay kids... and i'm not trolling or attention seeking. please just give me real legit ansers. EDIT: i'm talking about my wii not my laptop. i only use my laptop to play La Tale and watch south park.

It's possible she installed a monitoring program. I don't think an ISP can monitor your actions though.

Just use the laptop. Use Internet Explorer, and when you're done just press Ctrl+H, right click ''Today'' and click ''Delete''. Then go to Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete. And make sure Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and Form Data is selected. She'll never know, unless she has a keylogger set up...

Don't fret, unless your mom is either over-protective, and spends her free time figuring out how to spy on her kids, or she is a super technology junkie, she probably can't spy on you. However, there is a function on many of the computers (Not sure for wii) called :For internet explorer: InPrivate browsing, or for :Chrome: Incognito Tab. These keep whatever you search off the history, and no one can track it with cache, but however, cookies and other spy-ware might still be able to tack your computer. Keep this in mind when dealing with these type of technology.
