house idea for maple

Heya guys, i had an idea for maple called the house system where you could build/buy a house in maple. 1 house's price would vary depending on wat kind of house it was.By pressing the U key(i dont think anythings on that one) You could teleport to your house if you had one, if u didnt you would be prompted to make one. The background of ur house wud match wat kind it was. For example if you had a leafrean nest house, it would have a leafre back ground. You could also visit other people's houses. In a place similar to the fm entrance whereas there are multiple doors with numbers on them and a portal with a town background. If you're on victoria island u cud go to a ellinia,perion,kerning, nautilus, or henesys house, if in orbis,magatia,nihal, mulung, herb town, el nath, or leafre you could make a house of those type houses. If ur in New leaf city, or any world tour areas you could make a house of those. Ludibrium and aqua houses and korean folk town and omega sector houses could be made in their respective areas. A victorian island house would be about 1mil? And the level requirement to make one would be level 30. One house requires 10 screws, 5 proccessed woods, 40 sunset dews, [Insert town name here]house's blueprints(etc. item that drops from monsters near the town. You could buy and hunt for furniture and decor. If you do certain quests you can get the skill to summon monsters inside ur house to hunt. But,they giv half exp. This would just be a fun idea to have a special place to hang out with your friends and do stuff.

I would absolutely love this idea, but would it really worth the large patch as well as the lag caused, if it had no particular purpose? We already have Henesys.
