Aran trying to get Owl hat

Okay , so heres the problem ... I've been doing the chain of quest to get the "Owl" hat .. Sadly , i can't complete the part of the quest where you retrieve information from Chief stan and hand it to "Silence of the Wolves" Im currently a level 38 aran and i've been struggling with this part .. AND I want my owl head due to my baldcut .. If you could help me or atleast give me some information , that'll be fine . Thank you for either helping , or just sharing your thoughts .

I think you overleveled for the quest.

talk to chief stan again and then talk to silence of wolves, that what happened to me, quest tells u to talk to silence of wolves but u have to talk to chieff stan again first and u head for silence of wolves

@Iamsmart Arans can do Andras hat quest. Change your IGN? Try talking to Stan or Silence of the Wolves? It's not really clear as to what you're stuck on.. explain?

The quest tells you to talk to Silence of Wolfs, but you can't since he doesn't have a quest for you.
