Attack Shield Prices

Hi everyone. So I was wondering if I could get P/c's on 10-20atk MS Shields and Stolen fences. I would really appreciate helpful answers.

My Characters: 0neHP - 56 Scania Fighter

That's a pretty wide range. Not sure exactly, but I can't help imagining that 10 att shield is probably in the 100m-200m range and 20 att shield is probably 1 billion or more in mesos.
