Thanks for high meso taxes. Thanks for the taxes in MTS. Thanks for not reading my ticket for 4 weeks. Thanks for not banning unfair scammers/hackers. Thanks for letting people crashing channals. Thanks for "what ever you doing Now". Keep this on. Everybody will love Nexon. im pretty sure.

[/quote] The roll backs were necessary to fix the problems that hackers and dupers were causing. The IP bans were a mistake and they're trying their best to fix it. The glitched skills were also a mistake, which they did fix. The Cash Shop items are optional, so if you don't like the prices, don't buy; Nexon needs to make money somehow, since it's a free game. The taxes are necessary since mesos and nx cash are made out of thin air, and without them, prices would deflate like crazy, since there'd be more in inflation. They didn't read your ticket for 4 weeks, because they've had thousands of other tickets to read, and don't have the time to read every single ticket right away. They didn't ban every hacker and scammer, because there are so many out there, and more coming everyday, that it's impossible to ban them all (And I'm pretty sure there's nothing about scamming in the ToS. It's up to you to be aware and not fall for scams). They didn't "let" people crash the channels; the game has a limited amount of bandwith, and there's nothing Nexon can do about it. And if you think the event are so crappy, just QUIT. Believe it or not, Nexon's trying their best. It's not easy controlling 6 online games at the same time, especially when one of them has millions of players. I'd like to see you do what they're doing, then come back here and complain. You should just appreciate the fact that the game's free. If you don't like it, quit and go play a different free MMORPG, like Runescape.
