How to see how far i am with quest medal

I have as a goal to get the quest medal, but i want to know how far i am. Here: http://global.hidden-street.net/quest/title/title-challenge-quest-specialist it says: "each section of a "chain" quest also counts towards 1 quest. For example; a quest with 5 parts will count as 5 quests towards the 800." So my question is if each section of a chain quest is listed at finished quests in the quest window. And if not how can i see the amount of quests already done? [EDIT] A guildy said to look at the medal window (duh xD) but it isnt there, and when i go to the delair guy he doenst gife me the option to challange that medal. So do i have to start it somewhere else? Or does it just start automaticly and i'll just see when i got the 800 quests.

Yes, but it will only show it as in progression. Look at the blue bar on the multi-part quest's quest page (which will be under "In Progress" tab of your Quest window) to see how many you have completed. As far as checking how far you are, I think that it should show up in the "Job" heading of the "In Progress" tab on your Quest window.

Ok, but i dont have a quest at "job" at the "in progress" tab that shows how many quests ive done. So i dont think you can check it there, so does anyone else has a idea? I've done a ton of quests and i really want to know how many i still have to do

cant u back to dalair (or w/e his name is) and see it there im sure u can, he will say no u only have 526 done or w/e

Have you considered checking the Medal UI, if you are actively going after the quest it'll tell you how many you have out of 800.

You can't challenge the quest specialist medal if you are trying out for another medal, such as the diligent explorer. Quit any other medal quests you are doing, then challenge the quest specialist.

Ive checked medal UI but it isnt there, ive checked dalair but it isnt there either :S Is there any pre-medal you need or what? :S [EDIT] Thanks at above! i got it now, i had to forfeit some other medals and now i can do it. Now i remember i could choose for the medal but i didnt because i thought i would never get it anyways and some others looked easier.
