Maple Shine wand vs Maple Wisdom staff

| Which is better? Does one have more hp or mp than the other? Does one have more average attack? I have a Maple Shine Wand, but is it worth it for me to buy a Wisdom staff? |

| Only if the staff has more total magic, then yes its worth it. Shine wand has 50Mp more then Wisdom staff. Wisdom staff has 50Hp more then Shine wand. The magic on both wands is the same at average of 1 Int and 80 Magic attack. Imo the wand is better just because wand scrolls are cheaper. |

 | It can go many ways, having higher HP could let you tank one more hit at higher levels, and let you be more efficient with your HP potions. On the other hand the weapon with more MP will give your percent based MP potions more potency. |

Imo the 50Hp can't make the staff better then the wand. The 4-7m~ more that you will pay for staff scrolls can be used with maker to get more Hp/magic. It only takes 1 magic to beat the +50Hp on the staff. If both wands have the same magic and they're scrolled the staff is obviously better due to 50Hp more. [/quote] It's MG that makes the 50Hp somewhat worthy, 50Hp with MG is 250 damage more that you can tank. |

| If you wanna train at Dreamy Ghosts (Sakura Himes) W/O MG and need the HP to tank their hits go with the Staff. The prices of scrolls for wand and staves varies a lil, so go for whatever is cost efficient. At 4th Job the Wand is better you will be casting ultimates a lot more MP = More ultimates, every bit helps. |

But i wanted to mention that it only takes 1 magic for the wand to be better then the staff otherwise the staff is better because of its Hp bonus. |

O: iDunno o-o [/quote] Idk how heal's damage is calculated but im pretty sure it's not based on HP. Those weapons are almost the same, just take the one with more total magic on it. |
