I need a place to train as an Aran lv 77. I am not funded whatsoever and i dont have sexy equips. Im just getting tired of WindRaiders and was just hoping for a better place at this level.

Go to wolf spiders you should be able to hit them 100%, if not get a 10 acc pill, if still not then whats your base dex? EDIT:Also this may be handy: http://screamingstatue.com/accuracymain.php <-Acc caculator.

listen to bob.... save your 2x hunter cards for spiders! During the 2x event last weekend, I was able to take my lv 72 aran to 80 on those blue monsters! (8x helped alot!) Other options for your level range include but are not limited to: Stormbreakers, Windraiders, Wolf Spiders, Vikerolas, MP3, leech..., Forest of Golems, and also several party quests. Personally, I enjoyed Magiata and Pirate on my sader during those levels, but good luck finding people to do em now....

im lvl 77 and im getting 60% per hour on 1x at wolf spiders so yea its pretty epic im staying there until i can hit gallos good

Hp equips help tremendously for spiders. There are some easy to obtain hp items that should not affect your attack or acc too much with your shown equips. Those include: earring, helmet, and possibly pharaoh belt. Both helm and earring hp scrolls are typically easy to obtain since they are the least desired boons for said equips. (Top/bottom hp scrolls might take away from your acc too much and since you're just a few levels from the battleroad, I wouldn't suggest investing in another main armor until then.) If you want an item that will keep its worth in not dying, go with hp earrings. I have traded and seen traded 60,70,and 30% earring for hp scrolls for under 1m in KradiaGMS. Those will give 15 and 30 hp each. Each of the 60/70's will give you as much if not more than a single washing could. Scrolling that piece of equipment for dex is ridiculously expensive. The only other real choices you would have for a budget would be magic attack... or the 30% def since it gives +1 acc.
