How to equip a ST

Ok. So I currently have these equips. Scar-18 dex Earrings 9dex MoN 5 dex Top-3 dex Bottom-20 dex Cape-8 dex Belt-4 dex Ring-2 dex Shoes-10dex at this rate I'll need 41 base dex to go ST. I can't get a htp so if i were to go 30 base what is the most money efficient way to get 11 dex?

Swap your cape for 10dex? +2dex Earrings to 10-11 +2 Top- Maker a green neos with intermediate dex crystal (9dex). +6 Get a better belt to add an extra 1-4dex.

The earrings would be way too expensive for 2 dex and as for the green neos, I thought about that, but then realized I could get a 15str 3 dex top which would allow me to further increase my base dex since I gain more str. Dealing with an ST is hard. Is a 122 atk st-40str still better than a 118 atk dr wing for example?

More dex on your belt maybe (as in a higher level belt scrolled for dex)? or you can always raise your base dex o.o

In my opinion, the absolute minimum you should be if you want to equip a ST is 40 base DEX. Anything lower than that defeats the purpose of using a ST, since all that DEX gear you're wearing could have been potential STR/att boosts. For example, you're missing out on a PAC and att belt for like, 12 DEX. :P

the belt can go higher and you can just.. get a better dex cape and maybe scroll the helm..

I'm currently a Dexless Arcglaive user so that's 76 Dex I needed to get and in the end I had to get a Dex Cape (though at 120 I'll get an HT Pendant and switch back to all Str gear). 40 Base Dex would mean you have to get 80 more Dex from equips which is hard to pull off w/out sacrificing some Str for Dex... lower than 40 sounds near impossible unless you have max mesos funding (or more).

If you really want a 2H Fast sword while you are dexless or low dex, i suggest you to get the NRW. It requires 15 less dex which is a huge amount of money. The NRW got a requirement of 95DEX which means you have a spare 15 AP to put in STR. 15STR equals or is similiar to 3atk. However, a NRW with the same atk as a ST is much more costly. Also, a 118atk+ NRW unhammed are rare, while you can easily find a ST with those stats.

You double click the item, Stonetooth Sword, in the equipments tab of your inventory to equip it. On a more serious note: - 12 DEX earrings (+3) - 2 DEX medal (+5) - 10 DEX cape (+7) - 14 DEX shoes (+11) All obtainable.
