Nexon banned me

Here is their message. This IP/location has been banned for suspicious activity. If this is a public location or if you believe this has occurred in error, please contact Customer Support using this form. Maybe I downloaded the Hotspot shield software. Nexon asked me to give me their phone number. I do not trust Nexon enough. What should I do?

I wish people would read the forums instead of making their own threads. A GOOD AMOUNT OF MAPLESTORY PLAYERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT; IT WILL BE FIXED SOON.

err i used hotspot shield as well...even when i sent in the form, so i now realize i had a completely diff IP....am i screwed...? EDIT: @TS, the unplug modem thing wont work if youre using hotspot shield, it keeps the same IP...
