How do i get there ?

Start in magatia, at han the broker. He will give you a quest about some ___ man. (forget the name of it) Follow and complete the questline, and it'll bring you to neo city, along with it's quests. Good luck!

A faster way to get to neo city is to go to your bathroom take a number 2 put a mount on it and ride it down the drain because that is what i think about neo city.

are there different level limits for different parts of neo city? because i cant get to 2230 with my 73 cb.
