How to fix your Login Problem!

Okay, this is taken from the Nexon Forums. For those who don't have access, here you go. These are the directions: [Explanation] Ok so let me explain to everyone here. Yes, their are some rollbacks, but not all of the rollbacks occured to everyone who was caught in this incident. If you were in this incident it means you were on sometime yesterday around 7~10pm. And when that normal Disconnection occured you still was able to get back on BUT! when u log back out, you couldnt get on anymore. And yes I do think this was caused by the Pin virus nor glitch. On the other hand, I truly think Nexon should inform us on what are they planning to do with this situation. If they aren't showing us any progress, most of us are spazzing because of that situation. I personally think that Nexon is taking a break from this week, but I should suggest to them that they should atleast hire someone to take care of this, or just look over and report in. [Maybe A Solution For Some!:] Ok so this is what I did. The requirments you need is just your email that your using for your Maplestory account. Go to your account info and reset your pin and pic. Once you do that restart your computer and you might just get back on. I resetted my Pin and Pic and reset my computer 2 times because it froze the first time and I got back on my account which was dead for about 10pm yesterday till now. Tell me if this works for anyone! CREDIT TO Kinkycake on the Nexon Forums! Thank you again! And YES, it does work! I'm on currently! EDIT: Okay, so I think I might know how to fix the IP ban thing or something. First off, you might need to get a new IP. To do that, this is the website: http://whatismyipaddress.com/staticpages/index.php/how-do-I-change-my-ip-address If this doesn't work, you might have to use a proxy IP. I doubt that would work since Nexon tends to take account on those. Try it.

Yes, you log on through the site. Basically, reset your PIC first. Then, log on with the site.
