Do any Americans actually care about the Winter Olympics?

I don't know anyone in real life that actually cares about hockey or the Winter Olympics, like at all. It seems to me that Canadians are making a big deal over being better at something no one in America cares about. Am I wrong? Are there any Americans out there that actually care about who wins in the USA vs Canada hockey thing?

I'm all about the hockey, and the Winter Olympics. I'm definitely not interested in the Summer Olympics at all though. Then again, I am Canadian, so that might be why.
