Thief or DW?

So i was gonna buy some Ilbi and make a sin but then i thought about cygnus, So i was wondering which should i make? I was leaning towards Sin but is there a good reason to choose DW?

If you plan to go 120+ go sin, if not, DW. Also, you will be about as strong as sins 10 lvls about you if you go DW with suffiecient funding and the correct build.
