Why PS3 > Xbox 360

1. Blu-ray 2. Free online; connection speed which is all that should matter is the same as Live in my experience 3. Built in Wireless Adapter; which means 1 less cable as with xbox 360 you have to buy a wireless adapter which is $100, or use an Ethernet cable and the usual cables make a big enough mess as is; i mean cables get tangled up very easily it happens all the time. 4. it has the 2 games hailed with the kind of graphics that xbox 360 cant match; MGS4 and Uncharted 2 5. way cheaper to upgrade the hard drive to one with much more memory as PS3 takes ANY 2.5" SATA hard drive which is what laptops use, Xbox 360 will only take weirdly shaped hard drives meaning a much higher price 6. this one goes along with 1; even if you arent going to watch Blu-ray movies the games are coded in Blu-ray which; A.) needs less compression B.) means the System runs faster C.) more bang for your buck; lets face it blu-rays cost ~150% (more or less) what DVD's cost so the at best a $60 game for PS3 if it has an Xbox 360 version should be like $40 for said xbox 360 game; buying them at $60 each is getting ripped off (that being said theres nothing wrong with paying that much for a true exclusive) 7. there arent many xbox 360 exclusives as MOST of them have PC versions at the very least and a lot of good xbox 360 games also have a PS3 version. 8. also before anybody says the xbox 360 is cheaper thats true IF its the base model, the elite version; which is a better deal esp if you are going to play a lot of games and might want to upgrade the hard drive later is the same price as the base model PS3 EDIT also after a few years the money for live would make the PS3 actually cost less then xbox 360 9. you may knock off xbox 360's "low" cost for live but there are several ways it can be debased A.) a year of Live at Full price is another game a year when you dont have to pay for live B.) even if you get Live at $35 for a year thats almost 2 $20 from walmart; which may seem like nothing but after a while the good games people pay $60 + tax for do end up at this price and they wont be any worse a year or 2 after they are released 10. controllers and game selection dont make the system any better, more of your friends having it doesnt make the system any better; how it performs (which can be called even) Features (Which PS3 clearly wins at) and Online service (which in terms of connection speed is equal in my experience) do. call me biased if you want

[/quote] cuz usually people know nothing of the system and want to ask which they should get, in this case its to prove a point that the PS3 is a better system as the variables that make some people like xbox 360 more dont make the system any better.

YOU FORGOT a few things PS3 comes with a rechargable battery pack built into the controller and an usb cable to charge it xbox controller comes with something you have to put batteries into
