Resetting PIC always fails. D:

So I've tried resetting my PIC, and it sends the link to the E-Mail. I try going to the link, but every time it says "The Reset has Failed" or whatever. Help me please.

Umm i found this on the nexon site- When using the PIC reset feature on the MapleStory website, some users may receive a message that the reset has failed. If this happens, please try again and follow the new link that is sent to your email address. We are aware that some users have had their PIC reset request fail and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
