Can't log on? The site keeps popping up instead of starting

So I'm trying to download maplestory on my friend's laptop. I wanna surprise her, because she hasn't played in a year, and has been trying to download it, but failing, cause her internets too slow :P Anyway, the game downloads and finishes. But when I click it and the website pops up, I press Start Game, Sign in, then I click on the icon again, and the site just keeps popping up? Anyone know what the deal is? D: EDIT: Nothing happens after I sign in and click Start Game =( Gah, what is the point of this new sign in method! -____-

its a new feature on the site theres a big button that says "start game" click on that login and it should take you to the actual game.

Well on my laptop, I had to download the NexonGameManager thing before it would let me launch it from the website. However, I have the same issue as you on my desktop; so after I log in, i just start the game normally from the icon (seems to work fine that way).

Try restarting your computer. Worked for me.

I GOT THE ANSWER SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME Check the properties of the icon if it says that it is a URL then it takes u to the website Check the folder in the C drive and click on the icon that says application and it should work Happy Mapling! XD
