Is there any point to neo city?

Despite the mobs having more than 4Xk+ hp at different time zones and low exp rates, is there really any point? Do the bosses drop anything? Are the mobs really worth it for lower levels? I know I found a few scrolls from maverick hunter D's, such as 2h sword 60% and others But really, is there much point?

In kms the area is an extream challenge, and the bosses would drop the best bullets/stars in the game, but in GMS the area is extreamly nerfed (lvl 130 and soloed it in a few hours) so im not sure if the bosses still drop the stars for us but if they do thats the big reason.

Kms has Neo City, not Neo Tokyo. Jms created Neo Tokyo and Taiwan ms and MSEA also have Neo Tokyo. Neo City = piece of crap nerfed version of Neo Tokyo.

New quests, new places to explore, new monsters to possibly train on (if people try and give them chances)... just like any other place in Maple Story. What is the point of Neo City? The point is to expand the world and give us more to do. There - mystery solved.

Nope no point to it besides some easy exp once you can do the quests which lasts 2-3 hours but then no reason to go back
