For all who are IP Banned/Accounts Banned

Reading through several threads recently on BasilMarket, it seems several people have been experiencing this. As I just got on and changed the passwords of all my accounts, I tried to log on to Maple, but all the accounts were banned. I tried logging on by the website, seeing as they implemented the new system for a reason, and it worked fine. So for those of you who were IP banned, try logging Via Website and tell me how it goes.

Try disconnecting your internet modem by unplugging out the power cord for about 1 minute. After that replug in, wait foryour internet to connect back with different IP, and try it again. It worked for me at least.

IP Banning all Europeans and Asians kind of does since they have their own game, but what about the countries/regions that don't have their own versions? I personally don't see this happening.
