reactivating my account

I cant change my password because I have to reactivate my account. For that I do have to know my e-mail and e-mail's password WHICH I CANT REMEMBER. The thing is, I don't know for sure what the email is because the site only gives like ______@somethingmail.com not the full one. On my other accounts I get the easier password change thing (Where you just put Old PW and New PW and confirm PW) but in this one it says I have to reactivate my account. That's why I cant get my account back if I don't know the pass of the old mail. (Btw, How am I supposed to log a ticket if I cant get pass the reactivation page when I log in to the site?) Here is a picture to you all to see where I'm stuck at http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/125/adadadadaa.png I need serious help 'cause someone said that if you don't use your email for 2 years, it gets deleted :/ I wanna continue playing Maple Story and don't wanna lose it all because of something like this *****. Can anyone help me?

if the email get deleted, just make the same mail ign you will still get ur mail

I know this should be obvious... but, in your link, did you try clicking the link on the bottom of the page where it says, "If you no longer have access to this e-mail, please contact Customer Support by clicking here?"

when i clicked that, these questions came out. So I answered as much as I could. Then i clicked submit. It said u have to wait 2 days or more. Is there any other way to reactivate my account? If my grammar sucks, thats because im from Korea and not good in English

You need to have an e-mail so you can activate your account using the link in the e-mail.
