How to get on Maple

I hope this helps everybody get back on. Simple procedure for hopefully smooth sailing, it worked for me. 1 Go to nexon.net 2 go to maple story, then log into your Maple account from there. 3 You will be forced by nexon to a page that forces you to change your password. (no it doesnt resend the confirmation email) 4 once your done this, go here and then download and install the web client that allows the site to run the game for you. Edit*sorry forgot to link" http://www.basilmarket.com/bye.php?u=nxcache.nexon.net/maplestory/ngm/maplestory-ngm-download.html 5 when its done, click on the big button on the left hand side that says " START GAME " on the nexon website 6 This will ask for your IGN and Password, type them in and hit enter. 7 Your Maplestory comes up, but now it will only ask for the Pic. Thats it, your online, have fun and hope it goes well for all.

i think my way is a bit easier: Login in to nexon website(sometimes maple site wont let me) It will ask u to change password.. so change password Start game reg way(not from maple website) Login Enjoy EDIT: go to maple site and choose my account, this also works for first step

It didn't work.. when I click on Maplestory (not from the website) it asks me to choose which program I would like to open it in... and I know thats not supposed to happen

@above, ur way doesnt work for me. When i try to log in it tells me to go onto nexon.net and login there. U have to start the game from the website to work right.

What if it doesn't let me change my passwor, but instead gives me error code 10035? What should I do then?

Try again now, seems some people have been able to log in after a while with the error 10035. Also if there is rabage caught in your ram, you need to turn off your computer and unplug it from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, this will clear any errors stuck in the ram (caches). WARNING! If you do not know your email account, do not send yourself a new password, because it will take like 6 to 7 weeks for nexon to change the email account once you put in a ticket. If you do make a ticket, be sure to ut "EMAIL ACCOUNT CHANGE" in the title.
