Password Reset?

Ok I logged on the website, and it redirected me to change my password, but i couldn't do so because my current password is longer than 12 letters. I tried to solve this by resetting my password, but my e-mail shows no password reset e-mail from Nexon. I've waited for atleast 30 minutes now and the e-mail still hasn't shown up. Any ideas? P.S I've even tried the find ID function where you enter your e-mail and b-day and your ID will be sent to your e-mail. Yet no e-mail discussing that either.

[/quote] Check junk/spam, but most likely the website is f'd up at the moment so emails might take a while, you're not alone. File 1000 tickets >=D.

You are going to have to submit a ticket to Nexon involving your password, and then just pray someone reads it. From what I understand there is a large group of members in your situation, so that means it is an error on Nexon's side. I checked and their email system is up.

same with me but my old pass word is less than 12 letters it said something like error 10035 and i cant change my pw o.o and when i go on the ms it says i have to log on from maplestory.nexon.net

Yea same thing happens to me.

just log on maplestory.nexon.net it'll auto send you to change password. although theres lots of traffic on the website right now so you might experience a slow website or problems.

Omg, the same thing happened to me, except my pass is LESS than 6 letters because a GM changed it a long time ago when i got hacked. UGGGH, this is stupid. I sent them a ticket on MY BRO's account, and i don't think they will even read it since "you can't share accounts". -.-" They better fix this soon or I'mma be freaken pissed off.
