OMG PASSWORD HELP HELP PLEAse

I just got a temporary password from nexon because my old password was over 12 characters (and it wouldnt let me change my password). So than I clicked Forgot my password and it emailed me a temporary password. The problem is that All the temporary passwords are 13 characters. When I get on the Change your password page, it wont let me change my password because my current password ( the temporary one supplied by nexon ) is thirteen characters. Does anyone else have this problem and Can you please help me. Thanks and GodBless :x EDIT: They FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER PROBLEM. It says System Error : 1036 Something like that. DISCUSS!

That sucks, try logging a ticket and see if they actually answer you.

sorry for hijacking, but i cant make a new thread. but i have a similar problem with yours. but i cant log in at all. i changed my password by going to edit account info cause i accidently skipped the first one. i changed my password, but it doesnt work! the old or new one wont let me log in. i pressed "forgot password" but yahoo isnt recieving anything... i think it might be because the new password was over 12 characters?

To all the people that this has happened to.. How were you able to submit a ticket? Your account was locked o_o.

We cannot submit a ticket and we cant go on nexon's website (without clearing cookies).

Wow,thats reallt crazy because if your password was 12 letters wrong why should they make the new password 13 letters long. NEXON FAILED ONCE AGAIN
