So once duel blades come out im going to make a char that is a duel blade, and i was wondering will it get my blessing so i get 10 att + cuz of my CB. which is my main char and the first character i made on that account. will my duel blade get the blessing? ialso have a i/l last

as long the dual bladder is in the same acc and world as the other char like your cb, it will get blessing points

It should get it assuming your CB is the highest leveled character you've got on that account in that world. Nexon may or may not mess up here though so who knows really?

Yes, your character gets the Blessing from your highest level character (Excluding that same character).
