wtfh? I was banned today without reason!

I wanted to log on to play ms, but there was a website maintenance... then I wanted to log on into the customer support to see a ticket status that I've submited a weak ago, becasue I got hacked, but a message appeared n it said: "This account is currently suspended due to payment issues. Please contact billingpp@nexon.net for more information" wtf? what kind of payment issues? I have all the payment vouchers for all the nx I have bought via Pay By Cash (Western Union Quick Pay). Besides, I want to log on into maplestory website but a message appeared n it said: "This account has been permanently blocked. Please contact Nexon Support" wtfh? Why my account has been blocked? I want to know if anyone else have the same problem? What should I do? Help me plz (Sorry if my grammar is bad)

So i go to the site, try to log in with my original account..It says I've been permanently banned..so i'm hmm..okay, then I try again it tells me my account has been suspended due to payment issues... told me to email blah blah blah Eh, I just needed a reason to quit, and this made it a whole lot easier.

By any chance did those who were banned for the reasoning of payment buy NX from online? Since I know of a few people who never have and don't seem to have the problem at all.
