Hmm "My account permanently banned"?

Well, after the update I just got banned. I searched my ranks and saw that i was still on them.. o.o... So... I have no idea how to get on my character , I have no idea what nexon did to my characters, and i have no idea why i got banned? Answers?

Does this count as a real ban, as in will people still be able to change igns or servers or not due to the "being banned before"?

Nexon...Emails... makes me laugh. As if they'd read even 5% of them. Ans also to DOJOKILLU I have not have never attempted to download or use any hack on any of my accounts. I got banned for billing issues also, and I have no idea what that means. I bought real NX from CVS?

Yep, i was on during the maintenance as with many other accounts so i cant see why they banned us o.o
